Notes on general translation:
The mantras have Arabic and Javanese words with poetical and metaphorical phrases, so some words are untranslatable in exact English words. It is also because of the practice of Ruwatan is a syncretic practice between Javanese Hindu-animism belief, called kejawen (Javanism), and Islamic belief.

Seh merling, Seh dumeling, dohna ingon-ingonira, sapembalangan dohe karo aku, aja wuruk sudi gawe marang awakku, golek sandhang pangan dhewe-dhewe, aku anak putune Nabi Solaiman.

Seh merling, Seh dumeling, jauhkan peliharaanmu, 5 meter dari aku, jangan sampai mengganggu diriku, uruslah urusanmu sendiri, aku anak cucu Nabi Sulaiman

Allahu cahya mulya, sira sun kongkon, sira irupen cahyaning wong agung kang disuwitani, amora lan cahyaku. Laa ilaa illallah, muhammadurrosullullah, sir-sir-sir-sir-sir.

Allah penguasa cahaya, kamu kuperintah, kamu hiruplah cahaya orang yang kukagumi, bercampurlah dengan cahayaku, Allah adalah tuhanku, Muhammad adalah nabiku. Sir-sir-sir-sir.

Allahumma kulhuwallah, lungguhku imbar, payungku imbar, wong sajagad kabeh kang sumedya ala marang aku, nyawane kari sadhepa, sa’asta, sakilan. Wong kang sengit marang aku, cupeten angen-angene, sandhang pangane lan sabarang niate kabeh, pet cupet karsaning Allah.

Allah tuhanku, dudukku lebar, payungku lebar, semua orang yang berniat jahat padaku, umurnya bakal pendek. Orang yang membenciku akan kehilangan akal, kehilangan pekerjaan dan kehilangan semua. Kehilangan karena Allah.

*) “sir” in my understanding these words refer to the last syllable of the Indonesian word, “usir”, in English is literally translated as “to expel”)

Allah My God, my sitting is wide, my umbrella is wide, all people with malicious intention to me will not have long life. People who hate me will lose their senses; lose their jobs and everything. Loss because of God.
